Hola Amigas!
Past time for my Sentence a Day, 06.2019. So frustrated! Guess why? Yup, you guessed it…having more computer issues. I am ready to scream. My laptop keeps shutting off. Mid-post, mid-sentence, mid-search, mid-email. Black screen. Sometimes it only takes a second to get it to come back up and other times the computer shuts down completely and has to be rebooted. Sometimes I lose what I am working on and sometimes, the computer gods cut me some slack and it is auto-saved. Have tried to get this post published for 2 days. About to to publish it as is right now while my computer is cooperating.
If you are a blogger, and I haven’t been by to say hi, please know that I’m a-comin’ as soon as I can!!

Well, my computer has stayed on and up for 5 minutes without shutting down. Wonders never cease. Maybe this latest glitch is behind me.
Your Turn
I’ve had several bloggers and friends say they are having issues with Facebook and Instagram this week. And my laptop, we discovered was behind on several Microsoft 10 updates for some reason. PC got those installed on my laptop and his last night and, miracle of miracles, my laptop hasn’t shut down yet!!
If you are experiencing problems, take a look at what version of Microsoft you are using. Perhaps your device hasn’t updated either. The latest version is 20. something as of last night. I was using 18. something. Hmmm.
How did your June measure up to the earlier months of the year? What would be the highlights of your Sentence a Day, 06.2019? Please share in a comment below or link-up your Sentence a Day, 06.2019 post with us.
A belated happy Canada Day to my friends to the north and a happy 4th of July to my fellow Americans – doesn’t that sound presidential!? Going to publish this and get busy blog reading while I can.
Hugs and kisses,
Donna
Hi, Leslie – Computer problems are a real drag. Been there, done that, still have the scars! I’m glad to read that June went well for you. Wishing you all positive months ahead!
Leslie Roberts Clingan
Thank you, Donna. I feel so helpless when I have computer issues because I am not able to fix most things myself. And hate to trouble PC or anyone else to help me.
Debbie Harris
Wow, what a month you’ve had Leslie! I’m so glad you got your computer issues resolved, there’s nothing worse is there, it’s so frustrating! I’m also glad there were no further problems with your daughter, what a worrying time for you. Good luck on the job front and how exciting does that photography class sound?? Good on you for losing weight, you’ve been working very hard at it so well deserved. Really enjoyed reading about your month 🙂
Leslie Roberts Clingan
June was a pretty good month and July is turning out to be even better so far. So glad you joined us for Sentence a Day!! Hope you are writing your sentences again for this month. Will look forward to reading about life in your neck of the woods.
Deb
It’s obvious you can’t wait for your family to be within close hugging distance – hurry up and move Cia!!!
We are hoping to go and see that film Yesterday very soon, it looks like it will be good. Did you enjoy it?
Leslie Roberts Clingan
We both really enjoyed Yesterday. Hope you and the hubs will, too. Cia and family move a week from today!! Woo hoo. Will be wonderful to have hugs from my baby and her baby whenever I need them.
Rebecca Jo
Always better late than never, right?
the 13th? wow – scary stuff!!!!
I love you went back to take that cutie to Aladdin & that you enjoyed it just as much.
Leslie Roberts Clingan
Lauren is now almost 13 weeks along and we are so grateful that the scare she had early in June was just that, a scare. All is well and baby is big!!
We enjoyed Aladdin even more the second time. Something about seeing Disney movies with little ones makes them more special.
Amy Johnson
You always are so busy! We saw Alladin too and just loved it!
Leslie Roberts Clingan
Has Alethea gone to the movies yet? I think she is a little bit younger than Lucia. We were impressed with how well Cia sat and watched the movie. Looking forward to November and being able to take her to the new Frozen!
Danielle
Oh that little Lucia is so precious. I am so happy that she will be so much closer for you. I can tell just by reading how much you enjoy spending time with her. When do they make the big move? It sounds like your June was rather good. You were busy, but got to do things you enjoyed, lots of family time in there. I love it! I hope your July goes as well.
Leslie Roberts Clingan
Lucia and family will be moving a week from today. So excited. We did have a great June. Makes life so much better when everyone (my mom!) is well.
