Just time for a quick confession and then I need to really get busy around here. But wanted to put it out there that I didn’t do very well at all last week toward meeting my October goals and at that rate, they will never become habits!!! WAAAAA!
But it is Monday. And I am back on track. On Thursday and Friday of last week, I was in Ft. Worth with my daughter Brennyn and granddaughter Cady. Brennyn had to work at night on Thursday and we thought on Friday night, too. Her husband Corey was out of town and they needed someone to watch Cady. MY PLEASURE! So my goals kind of fell by the wayside. Kinda.
I did take my vitamins – I know, easy-peasy.
I did write (once) in my journal…or maybe it was twice?
I drank SOME water but big Bubba was too big to fit in my suitcase so just drank out of regular glasses and didn’t really measure how much I was drinking.
I kissed and hugged Paul hello, goodbye and goodnight while I was home. And greeted him with both when I returned from my trip.
I did a mini devotional on the plane both ways and remember to add prayer to my days while I was away.
Weight Watchers tracking – UH, not so much. In fact, quite the opposite as we ate out too much.
Exercise? Well, chasing after and playing with Cady was great fun and I felt tired both nights when I collapsed into bed but I know that doesn’t really count.
So there it is. My confession.
But for today…I will exercise (and did yesterday), finished drinking out of Bubba since first thing this morning. I am writing here!!! Woo hoo!! Had devotional time early this morning. Tracked with WW. Hugged and kissed (gladly) Paul yesterday and today. In fact, we were so snuggly at a concert/dinner last night that the band shined a flashlight on us (they did that to several members of the audience during the show) and told us to get a room! Finally, I hope to cross stitch tonight while watching TV. Back on TRACK!
