I am an aspiring blogger and children's author, wife, mother, daughter, sister, - in-law, responsible pet owner and recently retired elementary school librarian. I hope to figure out the next chapter of my life as I transition from crazy, busy work world onto totally idle retirement and now to something in-between.
After reading about everything that happened in October in yesterday’s post, I can see why this photo sums up ‘Current state of affairs’ and hope that November has more good things in it than bad x
Thank you, friend. PC carved his pumpkin with one tear rolling down its cheek. But after two weeks, it looked even sadder and more stressed. Which is exactly how we are feeling. I should probably check to see if there are more tears now, too.
Now that’s one scary pumpkin! 😀
PC’s pumpkin was kind of pitiful freshly carved but with a few weeks out in the sun it became much more so!

Looks like the pumpkin is done with Halloween.
Ha!! Yes, the pumpkin is done and now at the dump!
Your photo of the pumpkin speaks volumes, Leslie. And it made me smile:)
Glad you could hear the message the pumpkin was sending.
Hi friend,
Hope things turn around for you guys really soon. Hate to see friends going through difficult times.
Hugs,
Anne

LOL! Too funny, Leslie. We didn’t even have time to carve ours! Isn’t that sad?!
