Dear ones,
Going to keep today’s post very short. I know, I know, I’ve said that before and gone on and on. But I telling it true tonight. Pinky promise!
We have nine days left of the 31 Days of Writing challenge. I am feeling challenged! Anxious to get back to posting on various subjects as suit my fancy. Missing writing my Little Miracles and My Fashion Haus posts. But I am committed to finishing this challenge. Just hopeful someone will still be reading my blog when I am done!
Over the next few days, I am going to share some of my favorite books for girls. Not to say that these books are for GIRLS ONLY. But they will have female main characters and often the themes will be of more interest to girls. Here’s a look at the books I will be sharing.
The Witch’s Guide to Cooking With Children by Keith McGown, illustrated by Yoko Tanaka

Out of My Mind by Sharon Draper

Now that’s quite a line-up, if I do say so myself! Hope you will come back to share these books with me.
Hugs and kisses,
Carrie
The 100 Dresses was one of my faves. I used to read it to my students at the beginning of each school year because it provided a perfect opportunity to discuss how we speak to one another and how we treat one another. I know you were and are a perfect librarian!
