Hello, dollies!
Linking up with the gals at The Blended Blog and over 3 dozen other gals for today’s “Spread the Love” gift exchange reveal. At the very first of the year, the TBBers put out an invite for bloggers interested in participating in their collaborative “Spread the Love” gift exchange. I signed up! Nothing better than giving and getting a present, right??
Mid-January TBBer Alison from Puppies and Pretties sent out the blogger match-ups and instructions for the link-up post. This exchange was for jewelry or accessories, like scarves or hair pieces. Our gifts were to total no more than $10-$15 and had to be shipped by February 7. She added that the linkup would be on February 26 on The Blended Blog.
Which brings us to today and the big reveal. Wanna see the goodies I got? Read on!
TBB Spread the Love
I was paired with Kim Higgins who blogs at Kandidly Kim Beauty. While I don’t know Kim personally, we have traveled in some of the same blog circles, and first connected through some of the “Follow Friday” posts sponsored by Catherine Grace O’Connell through the “Forever Fierce Revolution”. You can read more about Forever Fierce, here and here.
Sent Kim a quick email to say hi and to ask her preferences: silver or gold, pieced earrings or clip-on. She replied that she preferred pierced earrings in gold tone metal. I did a little detective work, checking out photos on Kim’s blog and blog Facebook pages to try to get a sense of her style. She is one classy lady.
I decided to ask my friend, another Kim…Kim King Street…for some help. Kim is a Stella & Dot rep and always has the cutest pieces in her ‘style studio’ on Facebook. Check it out, here. I decided on the pink luxe studs.

Now, that I see them again, I’m thinking I need a pair, too! If you feel the same way, please consider shopping from my sweet friend Kim King Street’s style studio.
Gift Exchange Reveal
About two weeks ago, Kim’s gift to me arrived. Waited to open my package until right before I sat down to write this post. I am really good about not peeking at my presents at Christmas, too!!
Spoiled rotten!
Love, love, love this necklace and bracelet. Can’t wait to pair it with some outfits.
And a bath fizz! Love my toasty warm soaks in the tub. And isn’t that package of Valentine’s tissues so precious. I just ran out of my Elsa and Anna “Frozen” Kleenexes!
Love the heart shaped theme of this whole package. Heart-shaped milk chocolate. Yes, please, all day long!! And the card Kim included was so cute, red glitter heart!
Thank you, Kim, for the sweetest care package. You made my day with your thoughtfulness.
Your Turn
Hope you will hop from here over to TBB where you can see all of the gals linking-up for the “Share the Love” gift exchange.
Thank you for running by today. I am in the midst of spring cleaning and have been busy this live-long day cleaning and organizing closets. So thankful to have this time at home to get these jobs tackled. Hope to be able to finally mark this activity off my 2018 Winter Bucket List before we move into spring.
Hugs and kisses,
Lana

Thank you again for my box of goodies. Everything was so sweet!! Glad you liked your earrings. I am thinking I might need a pair, too. Seems that blush is a great neutral you can wear with about anything.

The TBB gift exchange was fun. And I kind of already knew the blogger I was paired with, which was kind of cool, too. Gave me a chance to get to know her better. Glad to see that TBB is doing well and engaging so many gals. So pleased that you have stayed in touch!! XO
Carrie @ Curly Crafty Mom
I have a pair of studs in a magenta/dark pink kind of similar in shape and size as the ones you picked out for her. I would love to receive those, I am sure she did!! What a cute package, I love that some people threw in some little extras like chocolates or bath products/face masks. Such a fun gift swap!
